WebUnholy is king of AoE and is the best spec after T7 (maybe T8). Blood is the easier spec to learn. But it's never going to be better DPS than the other 2. (Assuming of course the DKs in your raid are on the same skill level) So my advice is to stick with Blood only when tanking.
