I haven't used it to send video, but pictures work perfectly now. No more thumbnail size pic and slide shows. And group messages work flawlessly with other iPhone users.

I would suggest, Handcent MMS, it is a free app for the text messaging. I makes texting way nicer, and actually nicer than the Pre.
