WebThe Fitness and Probity Regime was applied to credit unions from 1 August 2013. The position of manager and chair of the board are prescribed preapproval control functions in the case of the credit union. Accordingly, the approval of the Central Bank is required before an individual may be appointed to such a position. Prior Approval Web(the “Standards”), together with Draft Guidance on Fitness and Probity Standards (the “Draft Guidance”).
