Using both CBR and CQP and varying quality settings. Using The main Issue I run into is that the FPS in OBS drops because Im using too much GPU power. Which is ridiculous on csgo.

Other games are running way better on newer hardware. Also it seems like the new amd cards with SAM are better for cs:go but nvidia is working on BAR which will help improve fps in some games.
